The bow is great but the customer service was better. I got a notification that the order was in processing and it listed for a LH bow, where I need and thought I ordered a RH. I emailed Brian and he assured me that he would get me a RH bow instead. The order was processed and shipped within a day of ordering and arrived packed nicely and with no issues.
