Free Shipping applies to the Continental U.S. only. We now offer shipping to Hawaii and Alaska via USPS Priority or FEDEX. Please call for a shipping quote.
All Free Shipping Orders are shipped standard USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground within 1 to 2 business day. Express Orders are shipped the same day the order is placed if placed before 12:00 Eastern Time. Shipment tracking information will be provided by email within 24 hours of shipment.

RETURNS
Outdoors Experience offers the following Returns Policy: Item(s) may be returned within 30 days. Item must be returned in the original, unused condition with the original packaging and original tags. Expedited return shipping cost will be refunded only if item was damaged when received or if mistakes were made by Outdoors Experience.
Before any returns will be accepted buyer must request a return authorization number. Any return received without a return authorization will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. Contact us at info@outdoorsexperience.com for authorization number.
Returns will not be accepted for Special Orders or Custom Arrows.
TREESTANDS AND CROSSBOW PACKAGES CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
