    Outdoors Experience has got to have the best customer service by far!!! They have accurate information on their website and it is so easy to contact a real person!! Brian Newton, the President, was so helpful and when I told him what happened at Barnett.com he was more than happy to help me purchase my first crossbow! THANK YOU, BRIAN!!
    I wanted to order this particular crossbow package and tried ordering from Barnett.com. After placing the order, it was then shown as backordered and customer service could not tell me when it would be in. The kicker was Barnett.com or whoever bought them out charged my credit card for the crossbow when it had not even shipped or came in stock! THIS IS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ON BARNETT'S part and after filing a dispute with my credit card company, I got my money back!
    Again, Outdoors Experience is an awesome place to do business with someone you can really talk to or email. Brian and his company deserves very high reviews and if you want hunting accessories, GO TO OUTDOORS EXPERIENCE!!
